Colour needs arranging ahead here more than anywhere, because everything has to be carried in by hand down the derb, so the stylist packs the exact shades before she sets off. Tell us in advance what you want (roots, a gloss, or balayage) and send a photo so she mixes correctly. Then it is done in the courtyard at an unhurried pace, processing time spent with a pot of mint tea rather than in a salon chair. Evening and bridal hair under the stars
