These terms govern your use of GLAMCREW (“we”), an in-home beauty booking service operating in Marrakech, Morocco, at glamcrew.ma. By booking with us, you accept these terms.

1. Our service

GLAMCREW connects you with qualified beauty artists who provide hair, makeup, nails, and bridal beauty services at the address of your choice, within our service area.

2. Booking and pricing

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirham (MAD) and include a service fee. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you pay. Unless stated otherwise, you pay your artist directly after the service, by card or in cash.

3. Cancellations and changes

You can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your appointment. Cancelling less than 12 hours in advance, or not showing up, may incur a fee. To cancel or reschedule, contact us through our Contact page.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate booking information, to offer the artist a safe and suitable environment, and to report any allergies or sensitivities relevant to the service.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law, GLAMCREW cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at glamcrew.ma/en/terms applies to your booking.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
